All personal data collected by Sondance Studio is mainly used by our instructors to contact users outside the studio. Sondance Studio may participate in customer service activities with the information collected.

2. Registration

2.1 Registration Statement

Your registrations are confirmed by your payment of fees on a first come, first served basis. You WILL NOT receive written confirmation of your registration when registering by mail. Please keep a personal record of your registrations. You will be notified ONLY if the class you are registering for is filled or cancelled.

2.2 Financial Information

To protect our customers' private information, all online transactions are made using SSL(Secure Socket Layer). This is the same level encryption used by financial institutions for sending private financial data.

When making online payments at Sondance Studio, we use your credit card information only to process your payment while under an SSL and will not store it nor use it for marketing purposes. All other information submitted when making a payment will be stored in our secure database for our records including the customers: name, address, telephone number, email, and order information. This information is only available to Sondance Studio and is not given out to anyone else outside of the company.

Sondance Studio reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment.

2.3 Refunds Policy

You will receive a 100% refund if a class is filled or cancelled. You may cancel your registration any time up to one week prior to the beginning of class and receive a 75% refund.
